During a session, we will work EXTRAORALLY on muscles such as the temporalis (which can sometimes cause headaches due to tension) and INTRAORALLY on muscles like the masseter and pterygoids, touching different points that will release the tension.
Once relaxation is achieved, we will move on to work on the neck, which tends to tense up reflexively.

Ancient Chinese technique that by means of pressure points on the foot, stimulates other areas of the body by reflex, bringing relief and well-being. The session will last 60 minutes in which a massage will be performed on the legs and feet, then exploration of the foot points and treatment in case any ailment is found.
