During a session, we will work EXTRAORALLY on muscles such as the temporalis (which can sometimes cause headaches due to tension) and INTRAORALLY on muscles like the masseter and pterygoids, touching different points that will release the tension.
Once relaxation is achieved, we will move on to work on the neck, which tends to tense up reflexively.
